5 eggs
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 cups flour
baking powder
rind of 1 lemon
butter or margarine
essence of your choice
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. They add the milk and the oil and beat again. In a separate bowl pour the flour and baking powder, add to it. Then add it to other products and stir until a thick mixture (if necessary, add more flour). Finally grate lemon peel, add to the mix, as well as vanilla (you and liquid) and stir with a spoon. Remove the appropriate tray and rub in the butter. Pour the mixture into it and bake in a moderate oven.

cake like us! A big and fluffy! To me, however, the mixture seemed quite thick and slightly increased the milk.

I make this cake with 1 cup lukewarm milk and half a cup of oil and increase by half a cup of flour. Always successful and very fluffy. When exposed to chocolate or other glaze is just incredible!
