Chops are crushed on both sides and bake about 10 minutes in preheated oven. Mixed with chopped onion, grated cheese, breadcrumbs and melted butter, add salt and pepper. In this mixture, dip the steaks on both sides and arrange in a greased baking pan. If the remainder of the mixture is dusted on top of the steak and lightly pressed. Pour wine and bake in moderate oven about 20 minutes.
