Stew with babek

Ingredients
250 g babek
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
10-12 (1 kg) green peppers
3-4 cloves garlic
1 kg red tomatoes
5 eggs
salt
parsley
pepper
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil until soft and mix with red pepper. Add the chopped babek, peppers cut into strips, tomatoes, chopped and peeled cloves of garlic. Dish add salt to taste, pour in beaten eggs and leave to simmer on low heat until eggs are firm. Serve sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.
