Ingredients
6 large onions
500 g minced meat
1 egg
6-7 pinches savory
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1/3 cup rice
1 tomato
2 tbsp flour
1 bay leaf

Method
Onions cut in small pieces and fry in a pan with hot sunflower oil. Once lightly fried, put a little water and capped to choke by adding a pinch of salt. Minced meat is seasoned with savory, pepper, egg-washed rice, kneaded well and shape into small patties. Tomato grate and it blurs the flour. Meatballs are put in the onions, add the flour and tomatoes and bay leaf. Stew let simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes.

and I put 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
In the sauce add two grains allspice. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Add tomatoes with flour once cooked meatballs / rice for less extended time /.
I forgot to complement - old onions could easily be replaced with fresh or leeks.
and I tried this yahniyka. I used green onions and put a little more tomatoes.
