Ingredients
1.2 kg chicken
1 cup chopped bacon (smoked pork breast)
1 cup chopped olives pitted
2 cup tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
4 cloves garlic
1 red onion
2 bay leaves
1 tsp masherka
1 tbsp fresh basil
pepper, salt
Method
Chicken cut into portions, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Fry in olive oil 3 tbsp. Remove. Onions, garlic and bacon are steamed in the same oil. Boiling is the chicken over and add the tomatoes, broth, wine, thyme and bay leaf. Serve stew until ready chick. Finally, add the olives and basil. Serve with cooked rice.
