Ingredients
3 skinless sausages
30 g butter
paprika, black pepper, salt
lettuce leaves
mustard
vinegar
Method
The skinless sausages are peeled and cut into 6 pieces. The butter is melted and heated in a deep pot, add the skinless sausages. Dot and sauté 1-2 minutes, shaking. Serve on lettuce leaves, previously covered with vinegar and mustard and slightly savory. Sprinkle with red and black pepper.
