Stuffed with minced meat onion

Ingredients
200 g minced meat
8 large onions
1 egg
50 g grated cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 slice white bread
salt
parsley
pepper
50 g butter
250 ml meat broth
Method
Carefully carved inside the onions and chopped into small pieces. Minced meat is kneaded with egg, cheese, soaked and squeezed bread, salt, pepper, parsley and chopped onion. With this mixture fill onions, arranged on a tray and pour broth. Top distributed pieces butter. Wind up with foil and bake in a moderate oven.
