Ingredients
1 lamb tripe
250 g minced meat
50 g salo
100 ml sunflower oil
chopped parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Clean and wash well paunch. Boil it in salted water. Mix the minced meat with chopped salo, parsley, salt and pepper. Knead well and fully belly, then sewing the opening. Dip it in sunflower oil, sprinkle with pepper and bake on the BBQ. During baking turning it sprinkle with sunflower oil.
