Stuffed peppers with spinach and rice

Ingredients
6 peppers
300 g spinach
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup Rice
2 eggs
1 bunch parsley
pepper
pepper
salt
fat frying

Method
Spinach wash and cut into thin strips. In the heated sunflower oil fry the onion and garlic, add spinach and rice and seasoned to taste with spices. Cut out the flaps of peppers and riddled with all sides. Fill with stuffing, leaving a little space in the hole because puffed rice. Place in a baking dish, add 2 cups lightly salted water and baked for about 40 minutes. Pour in the beaten eggs, sprinkle with plenty of parsley and leave for another 10 minutes in the oven. Optional can be served with yogurt.

Thanks for the great idea! Since I had no peppers, zaparzhih rice with spinach and put it in the oven, finally I poured eggs. Very good idea for small children! My baby 1 g and 4 m not stopped eating: -)
