Ingredients

300 g beans
1 stalk leek
5 mushrooms
2 cloves garlic

1 small chili pepper

6 tbsp olive oil
100 ml hot water

pepper
Method
Pumpkin wash . Cut cover, cleared of seeds and smeared inside and out with olive oil. Wind up with aluminum foil and put to bake at 180 ° C until soft. Develops, drained inside the separated liquid and fill with stuffing. The filling is prepared by the bulgur pre-soak in cold water for 30 minutes and drain.
