Stuffed tomatoes with rice and capers

Ingredients
4 tomatoes
100 g rice
1 handful of capers
pinch of oregano
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Wash tomatoes, cut in half and is carving inside them. Mixed with capers, oregano, salt and cooked rice. With the finished mixture filled tomatoes. Put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little oil. Bake at 180C, about 20 minutes.
