Stuffed tomatoes with rice and cheese

Ingredients
1,5 kg tomatoes
1 cup (200 g) rice
250 g cheese
100 g sausage
7 tbsp (140 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
parsley
pepper
Method
Tomatoes are dug and lightly salting. The rice was boiled in a little water and cooled. To this was added the grated cheese, chopped parsley, chopped sausage pieces, red and black pepper. With this mixture fill the tomatoes. Arrange in a greased baking dish with butter, which is poured inside the grated tomatoes, pour in the oil and bake in a moderate oven.
