Ingredients
125 g butter
400 g fine sheet
400 g sugar
3 eggs
6 tbsp flour (200 g)
1 liter of milk
Method
50 g of the butter is separated and others brushed phyllo and baked until golden. Boil 200 ml water and 150 g of sugar. This syrup is syrup baked pastry.
