Sweet banitsa rice

Ingredients
500 g flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vinegar
salt
# For the filling:
1 cup Rice
5 eggs
1 liter milk
cinnamon
sugar
Method
From the list of products and lukewarm water knead dough, leave to stand for about half an hour. Rice boiled in milk, put it a little sugar and cinnamon. When the rice is cool, add the beaten eggs. The dough was divided in 12 balls that are rolled into small buns and taped with butter two by two. Is rolled into thin sheets. First put into an oiled pan, poured part of the filling and so alternate stocks last. After baking, the banitsa cut and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
