Sweet bread with cottage cheese

Ingredients
8 thin slices dry white bread
200 g unsalted cottage cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) granulated sugar
2 tbsp raisins
2 vanilla powder
rind of 1/2 lemon
60 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar
2 cup (400 ml) milk
2 eggs
Method
Slices are coated on both sides with butter and half of them come in a small pan, greased with butter. The cottage cheese mix with sugar, vanilla, grated lemon peel and raisins and spread evenly over the bread. Cover with remaining slices. Cake pour beaten eggs and milk. Bake in a very hot (220 C) oven until browned on topping. While hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla other. Serve with milk or tea.
