Taaleya (Ta liya)

Ingredients
20 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground coriander (corn)
pepper or cayenne pepper, salt
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Garlic cut into very small pieces or are going through press. Mix with salt, pepper and coriander. Bake in a dry pan until golden yellow, stirring constantly - about 1-2 minutes. If sticks, may be added to the oil at this stage. Immediately after reaching the color is transferred to the cold vessel. Insert the olive oil (if not already added) and mix. * The sauce is universal to meat, fish, grilled vegetables, pulses. * Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
