Tapenade with green olives

Ingredients
100 g pitted green olives
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
50 g almonds
5 tbsp olive oil
Method
Blanch fresh parsley (put 400 ml water to boil, put parsley in water and pull the fire, stir in less than 1 minute. Remove the parsley and place in ice water (water and ice), then remove it. Put the parsley, olives, garlic and almonds in a blender, add the olive oil. Blend until a nearly homogeneous. sauce is suitable for zander of BBQ.
