Ingredients
          125 g tapioca
          750 ml milk
          15 g butter
          5 tbsp sugar
          pinch of salt
          vanilla or pineapple juice
              Method
              Tapioca Wash with cold water and place in a shallow pot or saucepan. Pour 750 ml milk and leave to soak for an hour, then place on stove over low heat and cook stirring constantly until thickening usually takes about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and season with cow butter, sugar, pinch of salt and flavoring. Preparation time: 1 hour 10 minutes. Serve immediately. You can garnish with strawberries or raspberries jam.
