Tarator with boiled eggs

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
1 cucumber
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
salt
parsley

Method
Mix the milk, add finely chopped cucumber, the oil, diced eggs. Taste with salt and diluted with 1-2 cups of cold water. Serve with chopped parsley.

Well, this is the recipe - with eggs and parsley.

Tarator is super, I add a little garlic and fennel and becomes very tasty.

I'll try!
