Ingredients
rind of 1/2 lemon
ginger
2 cloves garlic
50 ml sunflower oil
300-350 g chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 carrots
120 g green beans
30 g peanuts
2 tbsp oyster sauce
pinch of sugar, salt, pepper
leaves of cilantro or parsley for sprinkling

Method
Grated lemon rind, peeled and finely chopped garlic, sliced peppers , chopped onions and carrots - long strips. heat the better the oil in a deep frying pan, then add the grated lemon peel, garlic and ginger (on the tip of a knife) and lightly fry. Then add the sliced chicken and fry for about 10 minutes. Add all the vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions and green beans) and confuse nice cover with a lid for 10-15 minutes, to casseroles, from time to time and so confuse the full readiness of chicken and vegetables while almost cooked. Finally, add peanuts, oyster sauce, sugar and spices to taste. Fry a few minutes to mix the products and take out the fire. Optional serve sprinkled with coriander leaves or parsley and combine with cooked rice.
