Tomato soup with semolina

Ingredients
1 jar of tomatoes (800 g)
3 cups water
3 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp butter
parsley
celery
1-2 boiled eggs
pepper
salt

Method
Tomatoes Peel and blend. The resulting tomato sauce put to boil. Thereto was added water. When the mixture boils again, add semolina, fuzzy with a little cold water. The soup simmer for 10 minutes. Before removing from the fire, to this is added the butter and chopped parsley and celery. Serve sprinkled with pepper and slices of boiled egg.
