Tomatoes Baked with cheese parfait

Ingredients
6 large ripe tomatoes
oil
1 clove garlic (passaged)
herbs of your choice
salt, pepper
# For Parfait:
200 g soft brined feta cheese or fresh feta cheese of your choice
3 sheets gelatine
200 g cream, whipped snow

Method
Tomatoes are cut across the washers, remove their seeds, arranged on a tray with baking paper, smeared with olive oil mixed with garlic, sprinkle with spices and dried for about 2 hours at 60 C. Gelatin soak in 3-4 tbsp water. The feta cheese is mixed with the soaked gelatine and water (squeeze) to smooth table, seasoned with a little pepper, add the calculus of snow, mix carefully, is distributed in shapes and put to harden in the refrigerator about 2-3 hours. Parfait turned in a dish, add the tomatoes and sprinkle with optional herbs. * If the tomatoes are left even longer in the oven, become even more dry and can be stored splashed with olive oil and tightly closed. * Parfait can be seasoned optional. With chopped chilli is very spicy.

Yes, tomatoes are slightly juicy. Not dry tomatoes as those purchased for long storage.
