Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) corn trahana
1 cup (200 g) pinto beans
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
Method
The washed trahana pour cold water and boil on low heat until soft. Clean and wash beans also pour cold water and boil for half an hour. This water, colored in boiling bean dark brown is cast. Beans, pour hot water and a little fat and boil until soft, then mixed with trahana. Dish add salt and dovaryava. Finally add roux of remaining oil, the chopped onion and red pepper. After a few minutes the dish is removed from the heat and serve.
