Tripe soup, pork tripe - II type

800 g pork tripe (fir)
1 carrot
1 red onion
1 dry red pepper
1 slice celery
10 peppercorns, allspice berries 2-3 salt
50 ml sunflower oil
# For soup thickenerta:
1 egg
200 g yogurt
3 tbsp flour

Wash paunch with cold water. Put it in a pressure cooker with carrot, red pepper toast, toasted on the stove red onion, celery, peppercorns and allspice. Boil for about 1 hour. Subtract belly, cut and separate it. Aromatic broth strained it and add salt. In a pan fry a little red onion and flour until golden and put to broth. Boil for 15-20 minutes. After downloading the soup from the heat, zastroyvame broth with egg yolk mixed with yogurt. Separately, 20 g butter fry red pepper and poured into the broth. In presenting put in a clay dish of boiled tripe and hot broth. Separately, put garlic, vinegar and crushed dried chili peppers.
