Ingredients
# For the base:
3 eggs
3 tbsp hot water
150 g sugar
100 g flour
30 g starch
1 vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
# For oil dough:
100 g flour
70 g butter
50 g sugar
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
2 tbsp apricot jam
5 tbsp banana liqueur
2-3 bananas
300 g cream
pinch of salt
5-6 tbsp coconut
5 tbsp fresh Mlaka
2-3 tbsp sugar
# For garnish:
250 g cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
100 g coconut
1 kiwi
100 g chocolate
2-3 tbsp granulated sugar
confectionery paint in blue or green

Method
Eggs are broken foam water. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until a smooth mixture. Sift the flour with the baking powder and starch and add to the egg mixture and stir well. Pour dough in a baking dish 26 cm in diameter covered with oiled paper. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C. The finished base was removed from the mold, released from the paper and allowed to cool. After it was cut into two parts. Prepare the oil base. The flour is mixed with the salt and sugar. Add the cold butter, cut into pieces and quickly knead smooth dough. The dough was left for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then spread in a baking dish with the same diameter greased with butter and with a fork in several places.
