Turkey fillet with blue cheese

Ingredients
400 g smoked turkey fillet
100 g blue cheese
2 tbsp water
salt
pepper
2 lemons
chopped parsley
toast serving

Method
On low heat Heat blue cheese and 2 tbsp water. Turkey fillet cut into chunks and add to the feta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with lemon slices sprinkled with parsley and toast.
