Turkey stuffed with rice

Ingredients
1 young turkey (3-4 kg)
60 g butter
salt
# For the filling:
200 g rice
giblets from turkey
1 onion
3-4 tbsp melted butter
100 g raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Wash the turkey inside and out, dry and salt it. Chopped onion stew in the butter, add the entrails of turkey, chopped, and fry. Rice and put it once and it is fried, pour a little hot water and leave the mixture over low heat until the rice absorb the liquid. The filling is mixed with raisins, cinnamon, chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste and stir. Fill the turkey, sew is smeared with melted butter and bake in a moderate oven, as occasionally dabbed with compartments sauce. In presenting the turkey is cut into pieces and each portion is placed in less than filling.
