Veal fillet with feta cheese and potatoes

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
800 g beef fillet
80 g cheese
400 g potatoes
200 g tomatoes
1 onion
1 egg
80 g butter
sunflower oil
parsley
salt
Method
Beef tenderloin is cleaned from the skins, cut into thin long strips and stew in heated butter with chopped onions. After softening the meat add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. The vessel is removed from the fire. Add chopped parsley, crumbled feta cheese and egg, stir well and add salt. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and fry in heated sunflower oil. Arrange a suitable plateau, they shall bear the cooked meat with cheese and egg, grated cheese on top and bake in the oven.
