Veal fillet roll

Ingredients
800 g beef fillet
80 g butter
80 g of tomato paste
150 g carrots
4 eggs
100 g cheese
celery
1 bay leaf
pepper
1 tsp red pepper
salt
Method
Meat is cut so as to obtain a sheet, which will be wound onto a roll. Meat add salt, sprinkle with black and red pepper. Hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters. Grate the cheese grater in large pieces. Eggs and cheese are placed along the length of the meat. The meat is rolled up and binds the thread. Roll stew made the hot vegetable oil. Add carrots, chervil and a few peppercorns. Pour water, add salt and boil until tender meat. The meat is removed, place it in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil, and bake 15-20 minutes in a hot oven until browned. The broth in which the meat is boiled, subtract bay leaves and passaged. The roll is served cut in slices, garnished with steamed or boiled vegetables and sauce - in sauce-boat.
