Vegan pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour (white, whole wheat or type)
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar (white or brown)
1 tsp (equal) salt
1 tsp (flat) baking soda
1 tsp vinegar or lemon
1 tbsp sunflower oil

I put all the ingredients directly into the blender. Stir them until a homogeneous mixture - most easily done by using the - blender, blender or mixer. Wait 15 minutes to rise slightly and pour the mixture in a bottle of 500 ml (as I do not like to wash a lot of dishes). I put the pan on the stove, wait until warm. I put a few drops of sunflower oil, as I try to disperse - not in one place and shoot from the mixture and then distribute evenly in the pan. Wait until the tips come off by themselves and turn. Is baked scoot finished pancake and pour another. After 15-20 minutes you have prepared many delicious and healthy pancakes. Garnish them to your taste. * Of your choice can be added and other spices - vanilla seeds or any judge. I put 2 tbsp and wheat germ and 1 tbsp bran and I had on hand and vanilla seeds - linseed and sesame. * The best use your best pan and be careful not to put too much mixture or sunflower oil.

There I saw a section Meatless dishes, otherwise the pancakes are lean.
