Ingredients
200 g sweet pumpkin type violin
80 ml water, which is boiled pumpkin
40 g avocado
30 g soaked cashews
4 dates - juicy

Method
Soak cashews in water from the previous day. Boil the pumpkin, peeled and cut into pieces, until completely soft. If your pumpkin is not very sweet, increase the amount of dates. Avocados should be ripe and very soft. Blend all products until they become a smooth puree. The amount is for 2 servings.
