Vit pumpkin

800 g flour
1 tsp salt
# For the filling:
1 kg pumpkin
300 g sugar
1 cup walnuts
150 ml sunflower oil

Pumpkin Grate in large pieces grater and mix with sugar, chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Flour, salt and 400 ml lukewarm water is kneaded medium soft dough. Allow 30 minutes to rest in a cool, then divided into rounds as a large egg. Roll each ball into a thin crust. The sheet is well smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkle with the stuffing. Wound on a roll. Rolls and rank in the tray in the form of a snail. Bake until browned.

traditional Bulgarian cuisine! No ready peel can not substitute made this way. Nelly, this is another one of your delicacies. Many of the recipes you are my favorites. Congratulations!

bravo is great but do not you make a topping of syrup

No I do not flood. Put more stuffed pumpkin peel and are juicy enough. But I happened to do when topping it out of the freezer frozen. Then poizsahva and less need extra flavor and moisture.

I do not wordy very nice sheet / but I can not throw :) /. For the first time alone prepared pie with filo pastry. Very tasty.

Very well you handle Ivcheto! Bravo! I learned to knead and roll out to 35 years. :)

The recipe is very nice today and I think it a try!
