Ingredients
100-150 g mild sausage
50 g cheddar cheese
50 g flour
2 egg whites
pepper, salt
butter

Method
Egg whites slightly broken and mixed with flour. Add salt and pepper. Sausage and the feta cheese cut into small cubes and put into the mixture. In forms for muffins put a little piece of butter and heated in the oven. The mixture spills in molds and bake at 180C degrees for half an hour.
