Whole wheat buns

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups wholemeal
1 tbsp flax flour
2 tbsp oat bran
200 g yogurt - 0.1% fat
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
100 g cow feta cheese
100 g tofu
20 g butter
Method
In a bowl mix flour, flaxseed flour and oat bran. They add yogurt with a cigarette in his soda. And add the grated feta cheese and cow Tofu (also grated), a pinch of salt and stir until a sticky dough. Prepare your pan in which you will bake them and paving the baking paper. With greased hands, shape balls (I do them as large walnut) and arrange in pan. On each ball put a piece of butter and gently pressing the sink, sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake at 200C about 35 minutes (or mode).
