Ingredients
500 g young zucchini
150 g sour cream
30 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 onion
dill
vinegar
salt
Method
Cleaned zucchini cut lengthwise into pieces salting and leave to stand for 20 minutes and then dried. Fry in the butter chopped onion and dill, add courgettes, pour a little water and stew. Pour in the cream, which is mixed flour and stew until soft. Acidified and add salt if needed.
