Ingredients
5-6 zucchini
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
2 onions
1/3 cup rice
1 tsp salt
3-4 eggs
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
50 g butter
100 ml sunflower oil

Method
Mix chopped dill, parsley and onions with rice and seasoned with salt . Courgettes are peeled and cut into rings. In a greased tray lining - zucchini, rice mixture, pour a little sunflower oil and so to completion of products, is completed by a row zucchini, previously rolled in flour. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour courgettes and top sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Top allocate pieces butter. Bake in preheated 220 C oven.
