Aboriginal salad

Ingredients
50 g jerky
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 onion
1 pepper
1/2 tsp salt
cherry tomatoes for decoration optional
# For the sauce:
1/4 bunch parsley
few leaves mint
the juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup olive
1/2 tsp salt

Method
Fine-cut wafers, triturated with salt, allowed to stand for 5 minutes and then washed with water. Tomatoes and cucumber cut into cubes and pepper into small pieces. Mix in a bowl and add the drained water from the onion. Parsley and mint for topping finely and pour into a bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil. Salt and stirred. The salad is served by the edge of the plate is arranged pastrama and vegetables in the middle. Decorate with optional cherry tomatoes.
