Ingredients
750 ml milk
20 g starch
125 g sugar
15 g butter
2 eggs
20 g almonds
20 ml cognac
250 g strawberries
Method
Milk, starch and sugar mix and boil to thicken, stirring continuously. Court pulls away, until the mixture is hot add the butter, egg yolks, ground almonds and brandy. Mix thoroughly and cooled slightly. Pudding is poured into tall glasses by placing them and cut in two strawberries. Top decorated with beaten whites.
