And potato stew with tomatoes

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
300 g tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped Fry the onion in sunflower oil to yellowing, add chopped peeled potatoes into quarters, the chopped tomatoes, pour a cup of water and stew under a lid on low heat. The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
