Apetitka roasted peppers

3 kg red peppers
3 kg tomatoes
1 kg feferoni peppers
3 heads of garlic
1 bunch parsley
1-2 chilies
# For the marinade:
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp salt

Red peppers are cleaned from the stems and seeds. Baked, peel and cut. tomatoes peeled and cut into medium size pieces. Chorbadzhiyski peppers also cleaned tails and seeds and finely chopped. On fire in a large, deep pan (pan) put products marinade. Once the liquid boils put Chorbadzhiykata peppers to pozaparzhat until they become slightly transparent. Remove with a slotted spoon, in the same marinade put chopped tomatoes, boiled to evaporate water until their stay fat. Then add: roasted peppers, Chorbadzhiyski peppers, garlic (sliced) and optional one or two chillies (chopped very finely), let the fire still 20-something minutes, stirring often. Finished Apetitka seasoning with chopped parsley, poured into jars and sterilized for 15 minutes.

Pepi, my mother made a similar Apetitka (without Chorbadzhiyski peppers) and becomes very delicious! I guess with them would be even better :)
