Ingredients
4 potatoes
2 carrots
200 g soft sausage
4 pickles
250 g mayonnaise
4-5 tbsp yogurt
olives
parsley

Method
Well washed potatoes are cooked unpeeled (maybe steamed). Peeled carrots and potatoes are grated, add diced pickles and sausage. All pour mayonnaise mixed with yogurt. Served in a beautiful court and garnish with olives and parsley stragcheta. The salad is very caloric and with it one can eat well.
