Appetizer of veal with Dutch cheese

Ingredients
450 g boiled veal
90 g Dutch feta cheese
1 egg
120 g onion
120 g butter
120 g mayonnaise
pepper
salt
herbs for decoration
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in about 40 g butter until soft. Cold cooked meat is ground with a meat grinder. Add the cooled down onion, grated feta cheese, remaining broken butter, finely chopped boiled egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is stirred well, shaped like an oblong loaf or roll, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator. Before serving transfer to a serving plate, decorate with a little mayonnaise or butter injected seedlings and herbs and cut into slices.
