Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
20 olives pitted
1/2 stalk of leek (white part)
sunflower oil or olive oil
lemon juice
1 egg
pinch of salt

Method
Boiled egg, olives and onions finely, the feta cheese is creased with a fork and mix everything like taste with the oil, lemon juice and salt.
