Apple cake with icing

Ingredients
125 g butter
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
2 and 1/2 cup flour
5 apples
10 g cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
vanilla 1
2 tbsp bread crumbs or crushed crackers crumbs
Method
The butter mix until fluffy with 2/3 of the powdered sugar. Gradually add, stirring constantly, one by one the four egg yolks, milk, flour sifted with baking powder and vanilla. Finally, for gentle stirring pour the beaten hard snow two egg whites. The resulting dough is poured into a cake form, pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, cover the top with grated apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and bread crumbs. The cake is baked in a preheated moderate oven. After baking, remove and smeared with snow egg white than the other two whites beaten with the remaining 1/3 of the powdered sugar, and again put in the oven to brown, to pinking glaze.
