Ingredients
500 g yogurt
50 g of powdered sugar
4 large apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest
100 g almonds or walnuts

Method
Yogurt is poured into large Cup. Apples grate and zest finely and add to the milk. Taste with sugar, lemon juice and stir briefly with mixer. Spill in wide glasses or bowls and garnish with chopped nuts.

Great pudding! I did it with yogurt, apples sliced and used walnuts instead macaroons (shattered by them in cream). I added sweet wild strawberries. Became a big yummy! :)
