Apple dessert with grilazh

Ingredients
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp butter
8 apples
1 cup hazelnuts or other nuts
60 ml white wine

Method
Preparation of grilazha: fry are hazelnuts in a dry frying pan with constant stirring, place in a napkin and slipped scales. Caramelized sugar is in the same pan. At the moment when the start-yellowing, add hazelnuts and rapidly pour the mixture onto an oiled pan. After cooling the mixture, beat mechanically grilazha mortar. Preparation of apples: Wash and peel the apples. Remove seminal part of them with pipe cutter. Arranged in a fireproof container with a lid, lightly sweetened if sour, and pour wine. Stew carefully to not are dissolved. Once cool, arranged in glass dish and sprinkle with grilazh. Optional can pour the cream on it and to sprinkle grilazh.
