Apple pie with almonds

Ingredients
2 eggs
80 g sugar
50 g vegetable oil
100 ml milk
200 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 apples
40 g almonds
lemon juice
little butter
Method
Peel apples, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Eggs are broken down with sugar, add the soft butter and then a little - milk. Pour the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Finally, add 2/3 of apples and almonds. The whole was stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form with a diameter of 20 cm. Top sprinkle the remaining apples and almonds and a few pieces of butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees, 30 minutes.
