Apple pie - III type

3 cups flour
200 g margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
10 g of dry yeast
# For the filling:
1 kg apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour

Sieve the flour, add powdered sugar and margarine and stir with a knife. Then pour the heated milk with dissolved therein a dry yeast. Messi to a smooth dough. The dough rests 20 minutes in the refrigerator. It is divided into two parts. One roll of sheet and is applied to the bottom of the pan with a diameter of 25 cm.
