Apple pie * Upside down *

Ingredients
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup walnuts or other nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
readymade dough for pie pan with a diameter of 23 cm
6 apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of grated nutmeg
Method
The bottom of the pan, sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle the walnuts and brown sugar. Cover with half the dough. In a bowl mix the peeled and sliced ​​apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the dough. Lightly moisten one end. Cover with the other half of dough and pressed well two wafers together. Make a hole in the center. Cake bake on a baking sheet at 180 C for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Carefully release the ends and invert onto a serving plate. Dessert is served warm.
