Apple pie with walnuts

Ingredients
400 g flour
1 package dry yeast
125 ml milk
2 vanilla
240 g sugar
salt
1 egg
125 g butter
100 g walnuts
1 kg apples
7 tbsp lemon juice
100 g of powdered sugar
flour and fat to form
breadcrumbs
Method
The yeast is mixed with 250 g of flour. Milk is warmed and added to the above mixture. To put more egg, 1 vanilla, 25 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. Izmesva dough, bends in plastic foil and placed for 45 minutes in a warm place. remaining flour izmesva 75 g butter, 40 g sugar, 1 vanilla, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp water. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and apples evenly distributed on it. The edges are covered with Roll crust (about 2 cm) and sprinkle with water. The rest of the dough is rolled circle 26 cm and it covered apples. cake bake 60 minutes in a preheated 175 C oven. Then removed and cooled slightly. Powdered sugar mixed with 2 tbsp lemon juice and cover with her cake. Decorate with half of caramelized walnuts.
